These terms describe use of the website and the standard rules for requesting and receiving Brunswick Key Cleaning Co. services. A written quote or property-specific service plan may add details; if it conflicts with these general terms, the later written agreement controls for that service.
Quote requests are not bookings
Requesting a quote does not create a booking or require payment. A service date is reserved only after Brunswick Key confirms the property, services included, price, availability, timing, and required payment terms in writing.
Property condition and access
Customers are responsible for accurate property information, functioning utilities, safe access, and disclosure of known hazards. Biohazards, pests, active construction dust, party cleanup, excessive trash, and unsafe conditions are outside normal pricing.
Safety exclusions
Standard cleaning does not include blood or bodily waste, sharps, active mold, sewage, pest infestation, hazardous materials, illegal substances, unsecured weapons, unsafe structures, or other specialized remediation. Service may also be paused for aggressive animals, missing water or power, extreme heat, evacuation orders, bridge or road closures, or another condition that prevents safe access.
Deposit and remaining balance
A confirmed service requires a deposit equal to 20% of the service total, with a $50 minimum and $150 maximum. The deposit never exceeds the service total and is fully credited toward it. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before service unless the written agreement states otherwise.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A customer cancellation submitted at least 48 hours before service is eligible for a full deposit refund or one complimentary reschedule. Inside 48 hours, or when the team cannot enter because access was not provided, the deposit is nonrefundable. If Brunswick Key cancels, or an evacuation order, bridge closure, road closure, or unsafe condition prevents service, the customer may choose a full refund or transfer of the payment to a new eligible date.
Opening offer and recurring discounts
The opening offer provides $30 off the first eligible service of $175 or more when booked by October 31, 2026 for service from November 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. It is limited to one offer per customer and physical service address. Discounts do not stack. Approved recurring residential discounts are 15% weekly, 10% biweekly, and 5% every four weeks.
Price changes
Bathrooms, beds, square footage, laundry, access, timing, travel, add-ons, and condition may change the confirmed price. Excessive condition adjustments require documentation and approval unless a signed agreement provides emergency authorization.
Photos and reports
When included in the service plan, photos may document completion, property condition, damage, missing items, supplies, or exceptions. They are operational records and are not a licensed building, fire, environmental, or safety inspection.
Payments and refunds
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Brunswick Key does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider.
