Frequently asked questions

Clear expectations make better handoffs.

The important details about timing, pricing, photos, linens, what is included, and what happens when the property needs something extra.

How does recurring residential cleaning work?

Request weekly, every-two-weeks, or every-four-weeks cleaning. We review the home, confirm the included work, final price, and available dates in writing, and apply the approved recurring savings to the residential base cleaning price.

Does a quote request reserve my recurring schedule?

No. A quote request does not reserve a date. Every requested visit and recurring schedule requires written confirmation before service is booked.

Do you work within same-day checkout and check-in windows?

Same-day turnover requests require us to confirm the property details, address, team availability, and checkout/check-in window. No same-day request is accepted automatically.

Are routine Saturday and Sunday turnovers more expensive?

Routine weekend turnovers do not carry a weekend surcharge. Special timing or condition requests receive a written price before confirmation.

What is included in a Guest-Ready Report?

When included in the written service plan, the report may include room-by-room checklist status, agreed completion photos, visible damage or missing-item notes, supply levels, access verification, and a completion time.

Can you handle linens and restocking?

Laundry, linen coordination, restocking, and welcome-basket placement are available only when the written quote lists the services, quantity, timing, and price.

Is the online estimate my final price?

No. The website estimate is only a starting point. Your written quote confirms the final price based on size, condition, access, timing, and selected add-ons.

What can change the confirmed price?

Bathrooms, beds, square footage, laundry volume, property access, travel, service timing, add-ons, and conditions beyond normal guest use can change the rate. Any excessive-condition adjustment is documented and approved unless the property agreement already includes emergency authorization.

Do you offer a re-clean policy?

A service concern should be reported promptly with photos when possible. The team reviews it against the confirmed checklist and arranges the appropriate correction when the missed item was included in the service. Final timing and policy details will appear in the signed service agreement.

Do you clean after parties, construction, pests, or biohazards?

Those conditions are not accepted as standard cleaning. Blood, bodily waste, sharps, active mold, pest infestations, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and similar biohazard conditions require an appropriately qualified specialist. Construction or party cleanup requires a separate safety review and written quote before acceptance.
