This notice describes the information Brunswick Key Cleaning Co. collects through the website and customer account, why it is used, and the safeguards built into the service.
Information submitted
A quote request may include your name, email, phone number, service location, property details, requested date, selected services, and notes you choose to provide.
Account, booking, and billing records
If account access is enabled, the application can store login and verification records, contact details, service addresses, property notes, bookings, schedule requests, invoices, receipt references, notification preferences, and audit events. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe and are not intended to be stored by this application.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare and follow up on quotes, confirm service plans, schedule work, support customers, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Property access information
Do not place alarm codes, lockbox codes, gate codes, payment-card details, or other sensitive access credentials in the public quote form, ordinary notes, email subjects, URLs, or calendar titles. The customer portal can encrypt approved property-access fields, restrict them by account and role, and require recent password confirmation before display. Only authorized personnel may use those details for the confirmed service.
Cookies and security records
The application uses an HTTP-only session cookie for sign-in. It can also store hashed rate-limit keys, verification and password-reset token hashes, timestamps, delivery status, and administrative audit records to operate accounts and reduce abuse. Raw passwords and raw authentication tokens are not intended to be logged or stored.
Service providers and payments
Information may be shared with providers that support scheduling, communications, data hosting, and payment processing only as needed to provide the service or comply with law. The website uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. Stripe is used when online payment processing is activated, and Resend is used when automated transactional email delivery is activated.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion through their account or an established support channel once available. Some records may be retained when required for tax, safety, fraud, payment, or legal purposes.
